About This Event:

Tools to downregulate the nervous system and access a felt sense of safety.

This workshop introduces Human Garage practices—simple, accessible breath and movement techniques designed to release stored tension, support fascial health, and calm the nervous system. Guided by Anthony Chiechi, you’ll explore neurosomatic and movement-based tools that help downregulate stress responses, improve body awareness, and restore a felt sense of safety from within.

Through gentle, self-directed practices, participants will learn how posture, fascia, and the nervous system interact, and how to unwind patterns that contribute to chronic tension or discomfort. This is an experiential class focused on education, embodiment, and practical tools you can continue using in daily life.
