Adam Fields

Meet Adam Fields
Adam’s professional journey began in the world of nursing, where he first became a Registered Nurse. His early career gave him invaluable insight into the Western medical system, working with patients in various settings—from dementia care and acute rehabilitation to the fast-paced environment of the ER. It was during this time that he developed a deep passion for patient care, which eventually led him to specialize as a PICC nurse. His inspiration for pursuing a career in healthcare was sparked by his father, a dentist, whose dedication to his patients left a lasting impression on Adam.
As his desire to help others grew, Adam found himself drawn to a new path in therapy: The Center for Neurosomatic Studies. Fascinated by the transformative power of Neurosomatic Therapy, he was captivated by its potential to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction, rather than simply treating symptoms. This led him to dedicate his future to mastering the art and science of this incredible form of healing.
Adam’s background is as diverse as his professional journey. Growing up internationally, he split his time between the US and Europe, and over the years, he had the chance to travel extensively through Asia and Australia. These rich cultural experiences allowed him to gain a broader perspective on the world and develop an appreciation for different customs, traditions, and ways of life. He believes that these experiences have enhanced his ability to connect with people from all walks of life, helping him listen more intently to their needs and offer a more tailored, empathetic approach to care.
An adventurer at heart, Adam’s interests have always centered around the body’s remarkable ability to move and function in space. Some of his past hobbies include thrilling scuba diving trips with his dad, sailing, dancing, and playing soccer. These activities have helped him build a deep respect for the body’s potential, which he now applies in his therapeutic practice.
Adam feels truly privileged to be part of the amazing team at Body Center St. Pete. He’s excited to continue helping people on their path to recovery and improvement, and he looks forward to the opportunity to work with you on your own journey towards a better, more balanced self.
